Description
Hamline University School of Law under construction in 1979.
The school was designed by architect William Anderson of Hammel Green and Abrahamson.
Located at 1492 Hewitt Avenue in St. Paul, the building was part of the quad of buildings including the university library and Old Main.
The law school building was chosen as one of Minnesota’s 1981 Architectural Award winners and the American Institute of Architects' Guide to the Twin Cities, cites it as a "muscular piece of modernism."
